Slow State or Fast State?
A slow state offers only one Pick 3 game per day and perhaps no Pick 4 games. Examples are Washington State, Nebraska Pick 3, Louisiana Pick 3, Canadian Pick 3 lottery games, Arizona lottery & the New Mexico lottery – these are all slow Pick 3 states.

A fast state has 2 Pick 3 games per day and 2 Pick 4 games per day. An example is Florida Cash 3, Georgia Cash 3, Illinois Pick 3 but there are many more, including but not limited to, the Texas Pick 3 and Tennessee Pick 3 lottery.

NUMBERS TO PLAY:
You obtain the numbers to play by obtaining the last 7-14 days of draw history for the game you wish to play. This information is freely available from your state lottery office or sites such as us-lotteries.com or lotterypost.com You then read your Pick 3 lottery system and follow the power-packed Pick 3 system and then using the same techniques shown in the Pick 3 systems, apply them with your own state history. The system will then show you the numbers predicted to hit your game. I do not provide numbers to play, the Pick 3 system combined with your state draw history will show the numbers predicted to win your Pick 3 lottery game.

I FULLY support the use, application and implementation of the lottery system you have purchased. I will do my utmost to help you understand how to use the system on your game but here are limitations to what I will do; I do not provide numbers to play, this is what the lottery systems are for. Q. Give me numbers to play, if they win, I will buy!
I don’t provide numbers to play – that is what the system is for.

Q. I am skeptical, can I try your system for free and then purchase if it works?
Sorry that’s not possible. Too many dishonest people love the lottery!

Q. Can I share my purchase with friends?
No. The system is sold or licensed to you only. If your friends want copies, they should make a purchase too. I believe in Karma and freely distributed copies won’t bring any peace or happiness. Q. What do I need to use your Pick 3 system?
You must know how to download and view a PDF document. Additionally, you assume any and all responsibility for making certain that Adobe Acrobat Reader (free from adobe.com) is installed on your computer. If it is not installed, you will need to download and install it. If you have any issues please contact adobe.com as I cannot assist.

You need to know “how” to download a PDF and/or a .ZIP file to your computer. The download is in .ZIP format – you will need to know how to UNZIP the file (use Google) if you are unsure how to do this, it is simple though. Once unzipped you will see several PDF documents which require Adobe Acrobat Reader (free from Adobe.com). If you need help, I can send you the PDF documents in an email within one business day after your order is processed. Instant delivery is the .ZIP file format only.

Q. Can I use this on my iPhone or “Smart Phone”?
No. You need to view all I show you on at least a 12″ monitor. Many print out all pages and read it this way too. An iPhone or “Smart phone” is not suitable for downloading or reading the Pick 3 lottery manuals. I recommend a laptop or a home PC.

Q. What can your Pick 3 system do for me?
That’s simple, it will help you win the Cash 3, Pick 3, Daily 3, Pick 4 and Play 4 lottery games. Each lottery system is packed with fully verifiable results and shows you how to attain similar results. The systems work IF you take the time to learn them. Q. What type of Pick 3 numbers will I play?
Hopefully, ones that win… but I see what you are asking. The focus is on playing “doubles” as that is where the money is! Some systems allow you to chose to play singles, doubles or both. Over the years I have learned there is far more money to be had, playing doubles!

Q. Don’t unique numbers hit more often?
Yes they do. In fact ‘unique’ numbers fall about 70% of the time and ‘doubles’ fall about 25% of the time. The problem encountered playing ‘uniques’ is that you must play the game every day in order to win! The advantage of playing doubles is simple, we do NOT play every day and you will instinctively know how to predict WHICH double is about to hit the game! Once we identify which double is likely to fall and when we play it to win the game, it is fun and easy to predict the double to hit the game and I show you how!

Q. Are the advantages to playing doubles?
Oh yes… with a double there are only three possible variations to win straight. If you were playing ‘uniques’ there are six possible variations you will need to cover in order to get a straight ($500) win. If you wager on a box play for a unique number and it falls, you win $40 – with doubles you actually double your winnings to $80 so the advantage is obvious. It’s easier to hit straight playing doubles too and remember, we don’t play everyday, only when the ‘time’ is right! It’s a definite winner!

Q. Are there any other ways to play Pick 3?
Yes, there are. The Ultimate Player Pack contains all the published systems AND the unpublished ones such as the The Pick 3 Money which works in 4 games or less and shows the 3 digits to play. The private members only area (see above) also contains ALL the Pick 4 lottery systems which are not sold to the general public.

Q. How long will it take to learn your system?
They must all be read from cover-to-cover. Each page is filled with step-by-step examples and illustrations showing how to unlock any game in three minutes. I estimate it would take 7 days to learn the system then spend one or two days testing it in your state and other states. The results will astound you!

Q. Does Your System Always Work?
No, nothing ever will. I assure you it will never go cold, it can’t. The lottery is a game of chance. No lottery system can guarantee you will win every game, every time. It’s just not possible. There are so many variables involved such as, did they change the ball set, did they switch the RNG computers. Q. How many Pick 3 numbers do I play?
$5 per game – that’s it. Oh, and you don’t play everyday – just when the timing is right! There is no reason or need to play the game daily to win! I show you the secrets and strategy on how to identify if today is a good day to play and win!

Q. Can you recommend any online wagering places?
No – I cannot endorse any online gaming sites although they do exist and the lottery manuals tell you who they are and where they are. I cannot lawfully tell you to use any online gaming sites as it may be unlawful where you live. You assume any responsibility and liability for opening an account with them and I don’t respond to questions concerning online wagering.

Q. Any problems with online gaming places?

Q. I demand only straight Pick 3 wins!
Good luck – there are no guarantees that you will hit straight it depends on YOUR ability to arrange the numbers. Just remember $1 on a box win means $40 or $80 on Pick 3 and $100 or $200 on the Pick 4 games. No system can guarantee you a straight hit, it’s not possible.

Q. Does your Pick 4 System Win?
Yes, and it’s simpler than you think. In Ontario (a slow game!) it produced two Pick 4 wins in a 10 day period. The odds of winning the Pick 4 are 10,000:1 and here the Pick 4 system won twice in ten days!

Q Do you guarantee I will win Pick 3?
No! Nobody can absolutely guarantee you will win any lottery game. I will show you how my system can provide an edge and help you to predict numbers that should hit your game within a few days and it’s fully verifiable by your state lottery! How well you learn the system is up to you – if you read it cover-to-cover and learn all that I show you, you will substantially increase your chances of winning the Pick 3 and Pick 4 lottery games.

Q. Does it really work in every state?
Yes and no. It works best in ‘fast’ states which have 2 cash 3 games per day and 2 pick 4 games per day and utilize true ping-pong type ball sets, a perfect example of a fast state is Florida. Some states have only one pick 3 draw and one pick 4 draw in states like these, the results are slower – it can take up to a week to hit. The numbers still fall, but it’s not profitable to play in states that are considered ‘slow’ states. An example of a slow states; Arizona, New Mexico and Arkansas. Fast states are Florida Cash 3, Georgia Cash 3, Texas Pick 3 and Illinois Pick 3 They are prime territory but there are many other great states to play and win in too and they are all detailed in my lottery system.

Q. Can I Play the Cash 3 and Pick 4 in any State?
Yes, I can show you how to do it and I will also tell you the best states to play… one example is the Florida Cash 3 and Play 4 Lottery, everyone should play there! It’s so easy to win! The legalities of online wagering are your responsibility. All I do is tell you where it is possible and what you do with that information is up to you. One thing I will tell you is that if you think wagering $1 for a $500 win is good, they pay $900 for the same win!

Q. Do I Need Anything Other Than Your Pick 3 System?
No, no pen and paper, no computers, nothing! I will show you how to visually look at any state history file and immediately know how to “unlock” the game and see which number is predicted to fall in the game. It’s really very simple and completely visual. Once I show you how to ‘look’ and ‘see’ the game you will never look at any Pick 3 or Pick 4 game the same way, ever again – guaranteed!

Q. Can the Pick 3 Game Really Be Predicted?
I believe so! The secret is timing… You may surprised to learn that we use 5- of history file data to predict the winning numbers. Once in a while we need to go as far back as ten days, but that is it! You do not need more than 10 days of history to win the game. Q. Do you provide “Play Sheets” to win?
No! Play sheets are not necessary to play and win the Pick 3 and Pick 4 lottery games. I have seen “Play Sheets” and they can involve playing hundreds of numbers every day in order to win. People who claim victory and say they had “19 winners last month” are not telling the whole story. Yes, they had “19 Winners” from a play sheet containing hundreds of numbers. To make this method profitable you would need to know which columns or rows to play and since there are dozens to choose from, it’s all a matter of luck. My lottery system will have YOU predicting what number is about to fall based on the secrets and strategies I will explain to you in great detail.

Q. How much will I spend playing the game?
$5 per game to play and win the Pick 3 or the Pick 4 – once you become more advanced in your understanding of my system and it’s use and application you can reduce the amount wagered down to $1 per game or you can do as many of my members do, purchase multiple tickets for the same number! Q. Can Your system Unlock any Game?

Q. How Much Can I Win?
Anything from $40 to $9,000 for a $1 ticket. I suggest starting out playing $5 per game and you could win that night or the next day. Using one key in Illinois produced a Pick 4 hit in 24 hours only yesterday.

Q. What are Pick 3 “Stop Flags”?

Q. I Know ALL About The 3 & 4 Ball Games…

Sure… forget everything you “think” you know about lottery games and lottery systems! It’s all baloney! If I can PROVE to you that my system works (which it clearly does) WHY would you request a refund?
Unless, you expect, demand or scam something for free?
Then there is NO REASON for a refund. I can show you an absolute minimum of one hit on your game in the last 7 days.
For that reason, “All sales are final”. My lottery systems are instant digital downloads. You download, you read, you learn. I cannot ‘take back’ the knowledge that you will use to win the game and so I no longer provide unconditional refunds. In all honesty, I was scammed too many times. I am honest. I am fair. Sadly, many lottery players are not. The lottery systems work. If you want a Cash 3 or Pick 3 lottery system, I have one that will work for you. Here is a perfect example of a lottery scammer who wanted the system free.
She orders, puts in for a refund claiming exactly this “I was not satisfied with the product. / Product did not meet expectations.” I email a PDF and showed her THREE Florida Cash 3 hits in 5 days. She claims it as ‘hindsight’ (not true, the system clearly defines the rules for playing numbers and they don’t change!). The same day an alert came for (44) to hit. The (44) hit the following morning. She puts in for a refund again. Now that was FOUR Cash 3 hits in 5 days – do you think she is entitled to a refund? I do not. What was she expecting from purchasing a Florida Cash 3 lottery system?
I presumed she wanted to win! I provided PROOF of several FL Cash 3 wins within five days. How can she say “I was not satisfied with the product. / Product did not meet expectations” What were her expectations?
Why was she not satisfied? All I can tell you is that if I ordered a lottery system for $49 that produced 3 or 4 Cash 3 hits in a week I would be VERY HAPPY and a refund scam would be the last thing on my mind. Does this surprise you too? Do you REALLY think she wanted the system fro free? Do you think she will stop using my system now she KNOWS it works?

Thoughts from the creator:
I am always amazed at how many people expect to buy a $49 lottery system and immediately demand making a minimum of $5,000 or $10,000 income from it. Nobody wins every lottery game, I certainly don’t. But when I do win, I win far more than the wagers thrown on the game. I don’t play everyday, only when the game shows me there is a good chance to win by playing a number. And this will be you too, IF you put in the time and effort to master the technique. If trying to play a Pick 3 ‘double’ straight, you only have 3 possible combinations, if playing a Pick 3 number such as (123) straight, you have 6 combinations to cover. In a Pick 4 play you have 24 combinations if playing (1234) and 12 combinations if playing (1123). It’s simple if you play the game correctly.

I know many of my purchasers make $500 to $5,000 frequently from the lottery games. Some make more, others make less. But they are all having fun and they are learning more as they progress. I have no control over how well you will learn what I show you or how you implement it. If you throw money on the game, it should be an educated decision based on the rule(s) I show you, otherwise it’s a waste of money.
