Today I want you to see the power of using the Pick 4 results to show what may happen in the Cash 3 game. I chose California as it is an RNG State and we don’t like RNG States, but it still works well with it.

This is the last week from California Pick 3 and Pick 4 – all I am interested in showing you on this post is the true power behine Pick 4 draws. Take the last week in any State and look at the Pick 4. California only has one Pick 4 draw per day, but this method still works. Let’s look at my system concept first!
“Rule of Seven” – If the Pick 4 number has a “7″ in it, it is very powerful. The remaining digits in the drawn number may be expected to fall in CASH 3 very soon. So, if we have “4720″ drawn in Pick 4, we have an expectation that 4-2-0 are likely to fall in the CASH 3 game as doubles, ie., “44″ – “22″ and “00″
“Pick 4 Doubles” – If the Pick 4 contains two or more of the same digits, we expect the remaining number(s) to fall as doubles on CASH 3 games. Here’s two examples, “3935″ falls on Pick 4 we REMOVE the digits that formed the doubles, in this case it was “3″ so we remove all of the “33″ and we are left with “9″ and “5″ we believe it is likely that “99″ and “55″ may fall as a double in the CASH 3 game. Another example, “4944″ remove all the numbers that doubled or tripled and we are left with “99″ being likely to fall in the CASH 3 game. Another example, “3223″ falls what do we do? At this point in time, ignore it and don’t count it. Actually this is VERY powerful, especially if there is a “9″ in the double-double, but it is way beyond the scope here and will be featured in my new Pick 4 System, but for now, you should ignore triples in the Pick 4.
So let’s take a look at what was drawn in California over the past week and without any explanation, I will put the CASH 3 expectations for what was revealed.
Wednesday 2691 (nothing is indicated, no play!)
Thursday 7218 (expectation is for “22″ – “11″ and “88″ to fall in Cash 3)
Friday 5529 (“22″ and/or “99″)
Saturday 4173 (“44″ – “11″ – “33″)
Sunday 6232 (“66″ and/or “33″)
Monday 4323 (“44″ and/or “22″)
Tuesday 5922 (“55″ and/or “99″)
In this real history file we see that the Pick 4 predicted that “99″ – “22″ and “33″ would fall in CASH 3 and they did! In fact there were MULTIPLE indicators for these doubles to hit Cash 3 in the Pick 4 results. Grab a pen and see just how many times each number was repeatedly indicated. This is how to use Pick 4 draws to predict what is about to happen in CASH 3 games. The drawback to this is that you will end up with multiple plays for multiple doubles. If this is the case, then simply use this system to add additional weight to your VSR and/or SNR Cash 3 routines. If there are no VSR or SNR indicators for play, you can use the Pick 4 and try it on it’s own. If you were doing this, I would suggest working on the LAST THREE PICK 4 DRAWS ONLY!
