I admit it, playing the game in New York can be difficult and it’s not one of my favorite places in which to play the daily lottery games, it seems to have a life of its own a times, but there is always a pattern and always rhyme and reason as to why certain numbers hit there.

I think this is what makes NY a “difficult” state. …..NY seems to have a
built-in resistance to doubles showing up when they “should” show up.
However, like you saw in the Excel document I sent……Vertical Pairs
work EXTREMELY.Actually, its kind of scary how much they do.
